I can't log into my Workplace account.

If you are a Workplace system admin and are locked out of your account, you will need to contact Workplace support using this form.
Forgotten your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using your email:
  1. Go to your Workplace login page.
  2. Fill in your username or email address and click Continue.
  3. Click Forgot your password? and enter your username or email. Click Reset Password.
  4. A 6-digit code will be delivered via email and you will be able to reset your account's password.
If you don't have a corporate email address, contact your administrators. They will be able to provide a new access code for resetting your password.
If your company is using single sign-on and you're having issues logging in, please contact your IT team.

One-time login links
You can have a one-time login link sent to you if your Workplace account is connected to an email address. Clicking this link will log you in to Workplace without having to enter your password.
To get a one-time login link:
  1. Go to your organization's Workplace login page.
  2. Fill in your username or email address and click Continue.
  3. You may be prompted to enter an activation or two-factor authetication code. Click Continue when you have entered it.
  4. Click Sign in without a password.
  5. Type your email or username and then click Send Link.
A one-time login link will be sent to your email. Click the link to be logged in to Workplace.
